My goal is to create a calming and supportive environment for my clients and their families. I have an extensive background with children and adolescents, specifically dealing with anxiety, depression, self harming behaviors, school refusal, and peer related issues. My style of therapy is very relationship based and focuses on building trust, improving self esteem, and finding healthy ways to get one’s needs met. Additionally, I believe in empowering the client to self- soothe and create problem solving solutions.
