For the last 10 years, I have been working with mental health, criminal offenders, substance abuse and other at-risk populations. More recently I have been seeing clients who are just seeking clarity on their personal journey; and I am happy to be apart of it. No issue is too big or too small to get started. I’ve walked alongside people, navigating anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, and life transitions — and I’ve seen time and time again that healing is possible.
