My work has been shaped by supporting individuals impacted by trauma, substance use, incarceration, and major life transitions. I work with people who are ready to reconnect with themselves and make changes that feel more aligned with who they are. I believe meaningful change happens in safe, supportive relationships where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where clients can explore patterns, build coping skills, and move toward lasting change at a pace that feels right for them.
