I am accepting new clients in both PA, NH & ME for telehealth only, as well as new supervisees. I am a Marriage & Family Therapist specializing in working with adolescents and teens experiencing issues around life stage transitions, self-esteem, and family conflict. I also enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. I have extensive experience working with clients around acute issues such as suicidality, self-harm, and trauma. My therapeutic focus is to use a trauma-informed psychotherapy approach and relational techniques to increase self-worth, decrease depression & anxiety, and tease out couple and family conflict.
