It is a goal of mine to make sure that you feel valued, heard and understood. I see counseling as something that is beneficial to all individuals, in every stage of life; whether you are feeling overwhelmed or just need someone who you can process the day to day with. I believe that in counseling you should be able to vocalize your needs throughout sessions. Sometimes what you need in the beginning of therapy changes and evolves, that is perfectly okay and welcomed! Counseling is for you, you decide what you want to bring to the session because you are the expert of your life.
