I am passionate about helping teens and adults gain a deeper understanding of their feelings, their relationships and themselves. I believe in fostering a genuine, warm and compassionate therapeutic environment for all clients. I have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, disordered eating patterns, adjustment, and grief and loss. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) theory.
