I help people in all phases and stages of life. From childhood with the use of sand tray and play therapy, throughout life’s transitions into adulthood. After navigating my own infertility journey & IVF, I have the additional specialty of helping families process and cope with the unique stressors of expanding their family through a variety of reproductive paths (IUI, IVF, donor, adoption, surrogacy). I provide a safe therapeutic space to help you manage expectations, allowing for grieving the loss of how one envisioned adding to their family, the perinatal period, the transition into parenthood, and support across the lifespan. I am a strength-based, Neurodiversity, LGBTQ+ affirming therapist. Modalities include EMDR, sandtray, play therapy, mindfulness, Nurtured Heart Approach & Positive Behavioral Supports. I assist children through adulthood managing their emotions, processing trauma, and coping with life stressors. Specialties include: Autism, ADHD, infertility and perinatal.
