Now serving NJ and PA! My goal is to create an environment that is tailored to the client. The comfortability and judgment free zone I work to achieve is of utmost importance. Together we will work to reach goals of the client's choosing while increasing self awareness, emotional intelligence, confidence, and overall well-being. My therapy style is eclectic and will change depending on the client's needs. I will always meet the client where they are at and tailor the therapy to what will work best for the individual.
