Hi there, welcome to the first step in your therapeutic journey. I am so glad you are here! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who strives to provide nonjudgmental, supportive, and high-quality care to adolescent and young adult clients. Working to help individuals achieve the best versions of themselves is my passion. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools (CBITS), the Reflective Parenting Program, and have a plethora of lived experience as a member of the BIPOC community.
