Working primarily from a person-centered and interpersonal therapeutic approach, I come from a place of empathy, authenticity, and non-judgement. It’s important to me to create a safe and honest relationship with my clients, which encourages growth and can translate to other relationships in their lives. I hope to be someone clients can share their stories with so that they never have to hold their pain alone.
