I am a queer trauma-informed licensed mental health counselor with years of experience working with children, adolescents, teenagers, college-aged, and older adults as they navigate life's stressors. Together, we would build, strengthen, and use the therapeutic relationship to explore various coping strategies and interventions to deal with everyday challenges, as well as challenges related to anxiety, depression, C-PTSD, and other mental health disorders.
