I’m Brianna Gomez, a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern born and raised in Miami, Florida. I hold dual master’s degrees in Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Louisiana Monroe. My therapeutic approach is grounded in trauma-informed care with a strong foundation in narrative therapy. I also integrate techniques from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), grief counseling, and attachment-based practices. This combination allows me to help clients make sense of their experiences and move forward with greater clarity, purpose, & confidence. I specialize in helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. I treat non-death loss such as divorce, breakups, job loss, deportation / family separation, etc.
