Sometimes life can just feel extra difficult- whether it's normal things feeling more overwhelming or a new transition bringing extra worry and anxiety. There are also times we may not even realize we are highly stressed, but our body may be telling us in other ways, such as through sleep issues or stomach aches. I am passionate about building my clients' confidence and helping them learn more about themselves to better tackle life's current and ongoing challenges. I also have extensive experience treating clients struggling with medical conditions, children's issues, and athletes working to improve their mental performance.
