Mental health issues are so hard. Great job taking the first step toward healing in looking for a therapist! It's important you can connect with your therapist, so here is a bit about me to get to know me better. As a therapist, I care about the individual needs of each person that come in to see me. I try to create a "come as you are" environment so you feel welcome and comfortable to share about your unique struggle and life issues. I prioritize practical coping skill learning alongside healing the root of the problem so you can simply feel better faster.
