I'm a licensed Professional Counselor based in Colorado. My focus is on working one-on-one with clients, guiding them to recognize their strengths and navigate difficult emotions. I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches and partner with clients to establish their goals. My training in EMDR therapy allows me to support individuals in their healing journey from trauma.
