I work with children and adolescents ages 2–18 who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, family issues, low self-esteem, trauma, grief, or peer challenges. Clients may feel overwhelmed or unsure how to cope and just want a safe space to be heard and understood. My hope is to help clients build confidence, have a safe space, learn healthy ways to manage challenges, and feel more grounded and connected in their daily lives.
