Do you deal with anxiety that does not seem to get better? Do you often compare your ability to handle day to day stressors to friends and family and wonder how they seem to have it "all together"? If are struggling with depression, ADHD, or anxiety- I am here to help. It can be challenging to cope with these feelings and and feeling out of control if we previously felt "fine". In times like these, counseling can help an individual process their experiences and find effective ways to cope. As a therapist with lived experience, I know just how overwhelming it can be to function with ADHD. Because of that, I am passionate about helping others function better with ADHD and/or depression and anxiety. I am a person-centered therapist with specialized training in perinatal mood disorders & ADHD.
