I received my master’s degree in Integrative Behavioral Health from the University of Minnesota and have since specialized in treating eating disorders, body image distress, developmental trauma, anxiety, and depression. I have a specific interest in attachment, relational, and developmental trauma and its interconnected nature with the development of eating disorders. I am happy to work with those actively struggling with meeting their nutritional needs, or those who are further along in recovery and want to work from an anti-diet culture lens.
