I am a licensed therapist and founder of Oak and Stone Counseling. I specialize in supporting women who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, especially in relationships, motherhood, and life transitions. I offer therapy that’s compassionate, practical, and tailored to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself. You're not too much, too sensitive, or too late to begin again.
