The ideal client is someone who is ready and willing to do the work necessary for change, but if you need motivation I can help with that too. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and can work with many presenting concerns ranging from trauma to spirituality to anxiety to addiction to divorce. I believe that counseling is a collaborative process in which your feedback and engagement is necessary in the change process. I will always do what I can, but the ultimate change comes from the trust built in session and the work you put in as a client. I typically approach counseling from a holistic, eclectic, and integrated viewpoint with a trauma-informed perspective.
