Whether you are a first time mom or you are 3 kids in and simultaneously moving through perimenopause, I'm here to help you overcome the anxiety, exhaustion, and loss of self, so that you can get back to loving your life. You may be struggling with feelings of anger, rage, or deep sadness when you thought that by this point in your life, you would be happy with the family you created. My goal is to help you address the root cause of your pain, whether that is lack of support in the home or pain from how pain from the past is impacting you and your relationships.
