I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, and couples to help find balance and peace in life. Be it dealing with depression, stress, anxiety, trauma, or others, I will meet you with compassion and understanding and walk alongside you on this journey to healing and growth. There is no "one size fits all" approach to therapy. I am honored to have the opportunity to work with you to achieve your goals. I practice an open, empathic approach to therapy using evidence-based modalities to help find a good fit for you as an individual.
