I am a relationship therapist working with partners, couples, married people. It's normal to hit bumps in the road or shifts in the lifespan of the relationship that require growth, change, evolution, and/or additional skillsets. Marriage naturally brings challenge, opportunity, difficulty, and reward. Finding your way into greater relationship satisfaction and less conflict is worth exploring. Without blame, we will explore what is present and what is needed in order to navigate the current landscape of the relationship, moving forward into more of what you want and less of what you don't.
