Welcome! In a world with enumerable pressures and expectations, it can be easy to slip into familiar patterns of surviving that make the world feel more manageable. At times, some of these behaviors stop serving us and can even bring us harm. It can be difficult and scary to shift out of the familiarity of these behaviors and embrace new and unfamiliar ways of taking care of ourselves! I am committed to being there with my clients through that discomfort, building on the skills that exist within, expanding tolerance to distress and discomfort in an empowering way, and creating healthy and sustainable ways of moving through life!
