Finding a therapist who can listen, offer guidance, and meet your needs is no small task, but an important one. People seek out therapy for a wide variety of reasons but I believe that at the core most people are looking for a place to be heard and figure out how to be their best self. Whether you are a child, teen, or adult, I will use age-appropriate interventions to help guide you to explore your own strengths and engage in self-assessment in order to figure out how to do that in a way that is true and authentic to who you are and who you want to be.
