When life takes unexpected turns, it’s easy to feel stuck or unsure how to move forward. I’m here to help. I work with adults experiencing grief and loss, marital or relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, addiction, moral injury, and trauma. For over ten years, I’ve also served as a Christian lay counselor, and I currently work with military veterans in both inpatient and outpatient settings addressing substance use and a range of mental health concerns.
