My approach is collaborative, warm, and non-judgmental, rooted in curiosity, compassion, and the latest research in sport psychology and behavioral science. I integrate evidence-based frameworks including ACT, Cognitive Behavioral strategies, and mindfulness-based performance tools to help you manage pressure and perform with purpose.
