Accepting in person clients in Baldwinsville in February 2026! I believe everyone is deserving of processing their emotions in a place that is safe, non judgmental and met with compassion and empathy. Working on ourselves is some of the toughest work we can do and the most important. It’s important to allow ourselves grace as we grow through the varying seasons of our lives. This growth happens in children, adolescents and adults and is always evolving. I'm honored to be able to hold space for you or your children to do this work. I have a broad knowledge base and work with those impacted by trauma, sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, gender transition, sexuality, maternal mental health, child behavior issues, parenting issues and more.
