Offering: Winter 2025-2026, home from college? Take time to slow down and check in! Reach out for in- person or telehealth and prioritize self care before next semester. I offer both in- person and virtual appointments to parents and children. Much of my experience comes from working with families who want to improve their day to day lives. This includes parents looking for support and guidance as well as fine tuning their parenting approach. Learning tools to help your child regulate their emotions, improve their frustration tolerance, and foster resiliency are common reasons why parents reach out to me. View 6 Photos In addition to working with parents and caregivers, I see children of all ages in my practice. Many of the youth I work with exhibit symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, OCD, and depression. With a down to earth approach, I strive to work with you to identify your child's areas of strengths and emerging or underdeveloped skills.
