I support individuals in all relationship structures, and of all sexual and gender identities, lifestyles, and orientations to navigate their sex lives, relationships, and sensual selves. I love to help adults find joy in each day and make meaning out of their own experiences. My approach is grounded in client strengths and recognizes the impact of systems on overall wellbeing. I use holistic approaches that center your stories and goals for the future. Grounded in trauma-informed approaches, I use sex positive approaches to support those within the consensual non-monogamy and kink communities.
