I am Theresa Arita, LCPC, with several years of experience in substance abuse and mental health counseling in Maine. Together we'll examine your strengths, challenges, and options for problem-solving, new insights, healing and growth. I've provided group counseling for substance abuse recovery and individual counseling for mental health, including mood and thought management, relationship concerns, identity issues, and maintaining addiction recovery, utilizing CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, SFBT, and narrative or existential counseling.
