Beginning therapy is a deeply personal, courageous decision. Whether it is your first time seeking treatment, or you are looking for a change, I am here to work with you to create a happier, more fulfilling life. I believe building a strong therapeutic relationship is a critical foundation for future change. As such, I strive to provide warmth and empathy while utilizing an open, non-judgmental style. I also believe therapy should be a collaborative process, and will work with together with you as a partner in your treatment journey. I use this collaborative style with everyone I work with, from young children and teens to adults.
