Rarely does life go as we dream, plan or expect. Setbacks due to shifting family dynamics, relationship struggles, work changes, addictions, illness, the loss of loved ones, faith transitions, political shifts, and so much more, can make life seem unmanageable at times. Clients come to see me for a wide variety of reasons. I do work with pervasive mental health issues, but more often, I see people because life just happens, it throws them off balance, leaving them to feel confused, numb, lost, and just plain stuck.
