My adult clients tend to be thoughtful and insightful about the challenges they face, yet their nervous systems still hold the past. They may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they cannot shift alone. They seek healing that includes and goes beyond insight, and a path back to safety, regulation, and wholeness in their bodies, hearts, and lives. Teen and child clients often show subtle or significant signs of dysregulation, anxiety, or overwhelm, and patterns such as eating disorders. Many are gifted. Parents are seeking support that goes beyond traditional talk therapy - through nature, animals, and play.
