I am a licensed therapist in MD, and I help adults who feel overwhelmed by overthinking, struggle to make decisions, and feel stuck during important life transitions. My clients are doing well in many ways, but feel anxious, uncertain, or frozen when it comes to choosing next steps. Does constant anxiety and/or stress make it difficult to focus, complete tasks, or make it hard to fall asleep? Maybe you're stuck in loops of overthinking, avoidance, or perfectionism.
