Hello and welcome. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping individuals live their best lives through self-awareness and personal growth. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my master’s degree in Marital and Family Therapy from California State University, Dominguez Hills. I specialize in assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families. My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Strategic Therapy, and a Humanistic perspective to support clients in achieving meaningful change.
