Welcome! I've been providing mental health services in a variety of indoor and and outdoor settings since 2008. My experiences have taught me that humans are reliably more capable than we give ourselves credit for- but feeling overwhelmed, worthless, hopeless, or stuck often gets in the way of increasing our own quality of life. Luckily, there are also many reliable ways for us to get unstuck.
