Clients seek counseling with me for struggles that they are experiencing with depression, anxiety, anger, relationships and transition periods in their lives. I provide them with specific skills and techniques to manage their distress more effectively. My treatment is solution-focused, short-term in nature, and many clients return to me intermittently for times that they get stuck in old and unproductive patterns.
