My goal as your therapist is to empower you to move out of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or confused, and into a state of greater satisfaction or peace. I work with adults and elders who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship and communication challenges, and a variety of other concerns. My approach is empathetic, curious, and fairly active. Our conversations help you to enhance understanding of yourself and those around you, and to develop practical skills that enable you to meet the goals that you establish.
