Often people interested in therapy are stuck or overwhelmed by a problem they have been trying to resolve. Sometimes the problem is not even clear. Yet, almost always the goal is relief from the struggle along with a sense of some mastery over the problem. Having studied both philosophy and psychology for many years, coupled with my history as an Executive Coach, my goal is to provide a broad range of tools and support so that the therapeutic experience brings about relief and a sense of success.
