I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of NC. I have been helping people improve the quality of their lives for over 20 years. I have worked in Community Mental Health and with the Military Community. I like to get to know my clients and what they are struggling with and then fit my approach to each person individually. We are all unique in our strengths and struggles. We desire to be treated as an individual not just made to fit into a particular approach. Some of the more common approaches used include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavior Activation and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
