My approach is to provide a safe, compassionate space for you to grieve openly as you learn to survive this most painful time. As you navigate the complexities of grief, I’m here to help you find ways to honor and remember your loved one, while learning how to carry your grief, and tolerate the intolerable. Together, we will explore how to navigate this unimaginable loss and work towards increasing resilience in the face of traumatic grief.
