My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, judgement free space, where individuals will feel empathy and acceptance just as they are. I seek to draw out the strengths I observe, while also providing new tools that will encourage pursuing the life desired. My desire is to help individuals find meaning in the past and hope for the future. I have 18 years of experience working with individuals in a variety of settings.
