Every one of us is unique and knowing that, I practice from an individualized and holistic point of view. I am also a trained herbalist and have seen clients in that capacity since 2019. I believe my training in that realm allows for a more enriched and informed view of healing and recovery. My ideal client is someone who knows the potential to be the best version of themselves is there, but they may be just stuck in a patten of addictive cycles. They are open to sharing, willing to put in the work and try new things. I look at your diet, lifestyle, life experiences, family history and more to create a personalized plan. View 4 Photos As a LAC, my specialty is substance use and addiction. I have experience in facilitating group therapy in ASAM levels 3.1 and 2.1 as well as leading ACT and MIP classes. I enjoy completing Chemical Dependency Evaluations whether it be court mandated or on your own. I also offer individual sessions for continued support to help you take control of your life.
