For as long as I can remember, I have been passionate about helping people. When I was eight years old, I begged my mother to let me start an advice column in the local newspaper. Although she didn’t allow it, that didn’t stop me from listening to my friends and helping them solve their problems. While therapists aren’t advice-givers, I love being a sounding board for individuals and helping them live their best lives—lives they often never thought they could live. I am passionate about helping people achieve the possible. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for people with OCD.
