Hello and welcome! Something brought you here today, whether it has been a long time coming or a split decision. I am really happy you decided to seek out support. This is often one of the hardest decisions to make, but it can make all the difference. My name is Brittany, and I have been a licensed mental health counselor in Florida since 2015. I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Marymount Manhattan College in New York City, NY, and a Master's Degree in Counselor Education from Florida International University in Miami, FL. In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in the following sessions. The first session is different from other sessions.
