I view therapy as a place to find comfort, empathy, and support. For people to grow, they need to feel safe. I want to provide that safety anytime I am working with someone. To ensure safety, I put my full trust in the client and believe they are truly the experts in their lives.My clients can expect a non-judgmental and warm environment at each session. I like to meet my clients where they are, ensuring there is no pressure for anyone to be who they are not. My goal is to make sure my clients are comfortable, heard, validated, and empowered.
