Chances are, you might be concerned about your teens mood and behavior. You are willing to do anything to see your teen happy. You know this time in a teens life can be hard, and you want to help them. Their frustration, and your frustration makes sense. I am here to help. Over the past 17 years, I’ve found ways to connect with teens; the ones that have tried everything to feel better, and despite their best efforts, can't gain clarity. Together, with a strong dose of humor and realness, we can understand and make sense of teen behavior. I specialize solely in teens, families and groups for parents and for teens.
