I work with humans who may be struggling to cope with life's unpredictable and impermanent nature, with life transitions, anxiety, grief, trauma, and other forms of emotional pain. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore patterns of thinking and living that have hindered your growth and prevented you from engaging wholeheartedly in your life.
