Hello and welcome! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Connecticut, and I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals since 2015. My journey in mental health started with a deep passion for understanding the human mind and helping others overcome their challenges. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology, both of which I graduated from with high honors. Throughout my academic journey, I was fortunate to be inducted into several prestigious honor societies, which further fueled my commitment to the field. My passion lies in creating a safe, open, and supportive space where clients can freely explore their challenges and concerns. I bring extensive experience providing individual counseling across diverse settings in mental health and substance abuse care.
